What Former Board and Train Parents Are Saying
Parker is amazing! We did a board and train with our puppy for 5 nights when he was only 10-11 weeks old and it was amazing how much he learned. He came home knowing commands and was eager to learn more with us. She updated us throughout his stay with pictures and videos. We felt so happy with him in her care.
Parker is thoughtful and has tailored our training sessions with her for each of our 4 children too. She is also a GREAT source of information, I have texted her puppy questions and she always replies and with so much helpful info! We are going to do more puppy classes with her in the future.

We learned so much about training our new puppy from Parker at Coachable Canine's. She worked with our puppy in her home for one week and when I received Rosey back she was able to follow several ques.... sit, down, come, relax etc... It was also much easier to work with our puppy with her teething and potty training after she spent the week with Parker. Parker was so helpful, and accommodating she not only worked with me but also my youngest son and husband when reviewing Rosey's training. Our puppy loved her and was extremely receptive to Parker's training. I would highly recommend sending your puppy to Parker any time. A wonderful positive experience!

I can’t say enough about Coachable Canines and Coach Parker! We’ve only had one other dog who was trained upon rescue. When we brought home our new puppy, we were completely unprepared as to the time and dedication required to train. We elected the board and train week session which gave our sweet Maggie the fundamentals she needed to be manageable in a working family with 3 kids. Coach Parker provided detailed training notes and videos that we used for reference as a tool when Maggie returned home. We also had follow up sessions to trouble shoot new behaviors, ask questions about different techniques, and truly— re-train the humans. We found out quickly that Maggie knew what to do- as long as the humans just followed the directions we were given! We couldn’t be happier with the love and care that Coachable Canines poured into our family! Bravo!

We just used Parker’s Board and Train program for our 4-month-old golden retriever puppy and couldn’t be happier! We considered four dog trainers before Parker and we’re so happy we found her. Our dog spent about 6 days at her house with her full attention. She learned many cues (sit, stay, down, touch, leave it, etc.) and we requested special focus on loose leash walking in which she made great progress! Parker took our pup on field trips and playdates and exposed her to different sights and sounds it’s important for puppies to experience (such as the elevator in the photo). We got daily texts, photos, and videos explaining everything our puppy was learning and how to continue the training ourselves. Then Parker worked with us to transfer the training so our puppy would follow the same cues from us. Our puppy learned so much and we did too! I appreciate that Parker is happy to keep helping us as we need it. Some great things about Parker are that she’s very experienced and knowledgeable, she uses only positive training methods (no prong collars or punishment, etc.), has flexible hours including weekends, puts a lot of effort into communication with clients, and her training goals were very practical for use in the real world. She explains how to train in a way that’s clear and easy to understand. Also, she’s a kind person who was just there to help and never made us feel bad about having limits on our time available for training the puppy. For us it was worth every penny and I’d highly recommend it!
